Karen Conley is the VP, Clinical Services at Kyruus, where she oversees clinical strategy, growth and engagement. With over 30 years of Nurse Executive experience, Karen has held executive positions with the Mass General Brigham System, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and other community organizations in the Boston area. Karen is clinically trained in Oncology Nursing and has focused her career on the advancement of Patient and Family Centered Care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College, her Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Northeastern University and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from MGH Institute of Health Professions. Karen has also completed postgraduate work at Harvard Business School and is a Board Certified Nurse Executive, Advanced.

Mrs. Cunningham’s vision for CODE was born from her personal experience collecting data as a registered nurse in an urban hospital. The rest? History!
In her current position as CEO, Breanna Cunningham runs the day-to-day operations of CODE Technology and draws on her extensive healthcare experience and entrepreneurial skills to develop the firm's strategic business plan. She also manages the organization's leadership, oversees sales and marketing, and develops and maintains relationships with advisors and investors. She seeks to provide healthcare institutions with simple solutions for collecting patient outcome data.
